Updated Facade Install Nearly Complete for Amory Street Renovations
Renovations continue at 125 Amory street with updated facade install nearly complete. The 199 unit building is currently undergoing a full renovation that will preserve 199 public housing units and add 12 new affordable units in the building. As permit has also been pulled for site prep at 137 Amory Street, one of the three new buildings to be constructed on the site. The new construction buildings will include 134 units of affordable housing and 215 market-rate apartments.
