Updated Permits Filed for Jamaica Senior Living Development
Updated building permits have just been filed for a 15-story, senior living development at 97-04 Sutphin Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens. The project received approval back in March of last year, and it seeks to create more affordable housing options for seniors in the area.
Developed by , and designed by , it will contain approximately units and total square-feet. The development would also include around 15,000 square feet for a medical clinic as well as a small amount of community facility space. The new building will be constructed in place of an existing single-story office structure, which currently houses that clinic.
