Updated Plans Approved Arlington Village Mixed-Use Project
Updated plans have been approved for the mixed-use project planned at 2400 Columbia Pike in Arlington Village. The 6-story building will include 120 residential units, up from 105 along with over 16,000 square feet of retail space. The development will also include two levels of below-grade parking containing approximately 176 parking spaces.
