Updated Plans Approved for Mixed-Use Bethesda Project - $55M Permit App Filed
After receiving approval for updated plans for the project at 8015 Old Georgetown Road in late July the development team has now submitted permit applications valued at $55,750,000.00 for the Bethesda development. The new plans call for 224 multi-family dwelling units and up to 82,270 square feet of commercial uses, including 73 live/work units and 6,000 square feet of common commercial space.
