Updated Plans Approved for Southie Hotel
New plans have been approved for the stalled hotel project at 246-248 Dorchester Avenue in South Boston. Originally approved in 2018 as an 8-story hotel, the new plans call for a 10-story structure with 169 keys (10 more than originally approved). The extended-stay model will offer suites with kitchenettes, flexibility in length of stay, and a technology-infused environment.
