Updated Plans Filed for Bethesda Multi-Family Project
JLB Partners has filed updated plans for the previously approved multifamily project at 8015 Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda. Previous plans called for a 310-unit multi-family housing project to replace a Lutheran church and three single-family homes on the site. New plans would include 224 apartments, 73 live/work units, and around 6,000 square feet of co-working space available to residents of the building. The building would also include a clubroom amenity on the second floor with an attached outdoor courtyard.
