Tysons Corner Center Update 11/28/22

Updated Plans Filed for Tysons Corner Center

Macerich has filed updated plans for the redevelopment of the former Lord & Taylor within Tysons Corner Center. The proposed tower would be larger than originally planned, now either 664,000 of office space or a 774,000 square feet mixed-use building. The building itself will also be moved within the site, allowing for a larger elevated plaza with some retail space now in this area.
