Updated Plans for Brighton Development Cuts 80 Units
In response to community and BPDA feedback, The Davis Companies has presented updated plans for the proposed project at 1515 Commonwealth Avenue. New plans call for a reduction in total units from 330 to 250 (100 condos + 150 apartments). The height of the condo tower has also been reduced from 16 stories to 8 for a building height of 85'. Parking on-site has also cut down from 200 to 160 spaces.
