The development team behind the proposed project at 2604 & 2610 Stanton Road have filed updated plans DC Zoning Board. New plans call for an increase in residential units, up from 22 to 24, by adding 2 units within a penthouse level. The update also decreases parking from 15 spaces to 12 in total. The building would be constructed on 2 neighboring vacant lots totaling just over 20,00 square feet.
