Updated Plans Presented for North Quincy Site
Tremont Asset Management has presented updated plans for the development of the 35,000-square-foot site at 61-69 Hancock Street in North Quincy. Plans now call for an 8-story multifamily development to include 139 residential units with 134 parking spaces. Residential amenities will be distributed between the ground floor, 3rd floor, and top floor of the building and include a pool deck, roof deck, and pet amenity space. Prior plans for the site called for a 15-story, 200+ unit tower.
Jacob Stark, Development Project Manager with Tremont Asset Management LLC told BLDUP, "We are excited about our project at 61-69 Hancock Street in its latest iteration. We feel the smaller size fits the scale of the area better and improves the experience for the neighbors and future tenants."
