Updated Plans Under Review for Cambridgeside Redevelopment
Updated plans are under review for the redevelopment of the Cambridgeside mall. The plans would add 575,000 square feet of office, lab, and residential space in buildings between 85 and 155 feet high. The residential portion of the project would feature around 200 units, with 65% designated affordable. Plans call for a phased project with the development of Macy's, Sears, and the Canal Park in the first phase.
