Updated Plans Under Review for White Oak Town Center
Updated plans are now under review for the White Oak Town Center project. Plans call for around 90,000 square feet of commercial space anchored by a 41,000 square foot grocery store with 370 parking spaces. Residential units, which had been part of the original proposal are not included in this new plan although the developer team did state they could be added in later phases.
