Updated Renderings for Luxury Chelsea Residential Tower

Developer, Related Companies, has just revealed updated renderings for their new luxury residential tower at 555 West 22nd Street in West Chelsea. Soon to be known as "The Cortland", the 25-story building was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and will boast many pre-war design elements in its brick and limestone facade. 

The building is marketed towards high-end condo buyers and will offer 144 residential units ranging from studios to 5-bedroom units.

All units have spacious floorplans that are tastefully appointed and finished in a variety of high-quality materials. The units depicted in these latest renderings have a mix of contemporary design and traditional craftsmanship. Many of these condos will likely be customized by the buyer to reflect their specific vision and desired style.

One of The Cortland's major selling points will be its location. Many of the westward-facing units offer expansive views of the Hudson River that overlook Jersey City on the opposite bank. The building also sits just across the street from the beautiful, Hudson River Park.

Work is ongoing for The Cortland at this time, but the project has already topped out at around 300 feet. Construction is expected to finish around the first quarter of 2022.
