Updated Renderings Reveal Changes Made to 3326 Washington St
Renderings submitted to the BPDA Monday night showed significant changes made to the floor layout of 3326 Washington St. With concern for maximizing space in a post-COVID world, Primary Development dedicated more space to planned units by reducing their numbers, adding social distancing areas, and increasing indoor common space.
The most drastic changes made include the complete removal of retail space and a reduction in total gross floor area.
Primary Development included a list of changes made to the initial design of the project.
