70 Hudson Yards Update 11/14/24

Updated Renderings Revealed for 70 Hudson Yards

Updated renderings have been released for a planned, 45-story, office tower, in Manhattan's Hudson Yards.

Developed by Related Companies, the 1.37 million square foot building will be known as 70 Hudson Yards.

Amenities are to include an employee lounge and cafe, conferencing, and a wellness center.

Designed by Gensler and Roger Ferris + Partners, 70 Hudson Yards will aim to become New York’s first zero-carbon emission building.

Building permits have not yet been filed, but Related's website says the project team is aiming for a 2026 completion. While this seems far too short of a timeline for a project of this size, these latest renderings are a strong indicator that the project could be getting underway in the near future.
