UPS Warehouse Approved for Salem Turnpike in Saugus
A Chicago-based developer won approval from the Saugus Planning Board to develop a 300,000+ SF parcel off Route 107. 140 Salem Street will feature a UPS distribution warehouse featuring 87,000 SF of logistical distribution space. The site is made up of 2 parcels and is currently used as Patty’s Auto Parts and an auto body shop.
