US Fitness Now Planning Residential Development on Ashburn Site
US Fitness has filed revised plans with Loudoun county for the 12-acre site at the intersection of Route 7 and Claiborne Parkway. Original plans called for a 2-story gym and tennis facility but now the company is moving toward residential development, a mix of townhomes, and a multifamily building. US Fitness expects to bring a JV partner onto the project as their expertise does not include residential development.
