Utility Permit Pulled for Brookland Multifamily
A permit for wet utility work has been pulled for the multifamily project at 3199 and 3201 8th St NE. The development will include 375 apartments in two buildings with 186 below-grade parking spaces. Amenities on-site are set to include pocket lounges and co-working spaces along with a media & presentation lounge, and a fitness center.
