UWS Apartment Building Trades for $266M
A 20-story apartment building, located at 255 West 94th Street on Manhattan's Upper West Side has just been sold for $266 million. Known as "The Lyric", it was purchased by South Korean Investment firm, from the previous owner and developer, . The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.
Originally constructed in 2000, The Lyric contains rental apartments, available in studio, one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. Tenant amenities include a health and fitness center, a landscaped roof terrace, a business lounge, a children's facility, and a bicycle storage area.
The building stands feet tall and totals square feet. is parting ways with the property after almost 23 years of ownership.
