UWS Apartment Building Trades for $90M
A 16-story residential building, located at 98 Riverside Drive on Manhattan's Upper West Side has just been sold for $90 million. The structure was purchased by RCR Management from the previous owner, BlackRock, in a deal brokered by JLL.
Originally constructed in 1929, it contains apartment units and tenant amenities such as a fitness center and a laundry facility.
The building stands feet tall and totals square feet. It sits across the road from the banks of the Hudson River and provides upper floor residents with great views of New Jersey on the opposite side.
