Various Stages of Construction Ongoing for Old Colony Phase III
Construction continues on the third phase of the Old Colony Redevelopment in South Boston with windows and facade going in for phase A, the first two buildings and demo now underway for Phases B&C. In total the project will replace 250 affordable homes with 301, ranging in size from 1 through 4 bedrooms. The full project is anticipated to complete in the summer of 2021.
