Velney Development & JPNDC Propose Affordable Housing for Mattapan Site
In response to the City of Boston's RFP to develop a 16,000+ square foot parcel at Cummins Highway & Regis Road in Mattapan, Velney Development & JPNDC have proposed a 6-story mixed-use, Passive House development. Designed by Boehm Architecture, the building would offer 36 affordable homeownership units with all residences affordable at 80-100% AMI. The plans also include ground-floor community/green space options to further the goals of PLAN: Mattapan.
