Vertical Construction Begins for Phase 2 Lowell High School Development
has begun steel framing on Lowell High School's Freshman Academy and West Building as Marguerite Concrete wraps up foundation construction. Plans call for a rebuilt SF school featuring science and engineering labs, fine-arts studios, and a rooftop garden.
