Vertical Construction Has Begun at Cordelia
Hoar Construction has put up a second crane at Cordelia. Before this second crane went up 760 piles were drilled, down to 55 feet below elevation. Vertical construction has begun. Cordelia, a new luxury mixed-use property will rise 12 stories in Quay Sarasota on the waterfront in downtown Sarasota. The development will feature 240 luxury apartment units along with 13,000 square feet of ground level retail space. Community amenities will include a top floor wine lounge, catering kitchen, cybercafé, resident lounge, golf simulator, business center, meeting rooms, and state-of-the-art fitness center. Plans for the community also include a resort-style swimming pool, outdoor cabanas, outdoor bar & grill, dog park, bike repair shop, storage and complimentary Wi-Fi in the common areas. Completion of the first units is anticipated by September of 2023.
