Vertical Construction Has Begun at The Nolen in Downtown St. Petersburg
Construction has gone vertical at The Nolen. Located in the Northeast section of downtown St. Petersburg, The Nolen, a 23-story tower will feature 31 luxury condominium units and 1,260 square feet of ground level retail space. A parking garage, with space for 62 vehicles, will comprise the lowest three floors. Amenities on the fourth floor include a fitness center, club lounge, pool and spa, and outdoor terrace with fully equipped kitchen. The building on the site, the Bay Gables house, which has been operated as a bed & breakfast, was designated as a historic structure in 1994 and was relocated prior to construction. Completion is expected in early 2024.
