Vertical Construction to Begin on Allston Lab Works
has pulled a vertical construction permit valued at $128,000,000 for 250 Western Avenue in Allston. Plans call for a 3-building project featuring square-feet of office/lab space, 21,100 square feet of ground-floor retail, and an all-electric residential building. Allston Labworks will provide life science companies and the greater Allston community with new creative outlets for exploration.
