Vertical Construction Underway at Carillon Park Mixed-Use Development in St. Petersburg
Vertical construction has begun on a new mixed-use project in Carillon Office Park that will offer 363 apartments. The 14-story building will also offer 17,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, a five-level parking garage, three-story townhomes and secured bicycle parking. An amenity level on the sixth floor will include a pool deck with outdoor gaming and lounge areas, an indoor fitness center, clubroom, virtual sports simulator and co-working space. The site, at the southeast corner of Main Street N. and Carillon Parkway, is a component of the master planned Echelon city Center. The vacant 1.67-acre parcel is across from a Publix grocery store, between the existing Waterview Apartments, the Axio Apartments and adjacent to Park and Main, an apartment building under construction.
