Vienna Multi-Family Acquired for $227.5M
Mill Creek Residential has sold the mixed-use property adjacent to the Dunn Loring Metro Station in Vienna. Pantzer Properties purchased the residential portion of the development for $227.5M with Asana acquiring the retail section of the property. The property which opened in 2013 features 628 apartments plus a host of amenities including a fitness center, pool, and outdoor social area. The 65,000 square feet of retail space is anchored by Harris Teeter.
