Walk Hill Residences, 106 new condominiums, approved in Roslindale
Walk Hill Residences, a new building featuring 106 condominium residences located at the intersection of American Legion Highway and Walk Hill Street, was approved at last night (May 11th, 2017)’s Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board Meeting. In response to community feedback, the building has been reduced by 30 residences, to 106 from 136 as originally proposed. Likewise, the building's height has been reduced to 4 stories from 5. Walk Hill Residences will require additional approval from the City of Boston’s Zoning Board of Appeals in order to proceed with construction. Walk Hill Residences is anticipated to open in late 2018.
