Waltham Life Science Project Tops Off
225 Wyman Street in Waltham has officially topped off. The 4-story, 500,000+ square foot project will offer Class A office and lab space in the Hobbs Brook Office Park. Upon completion, the new building will be the largest contiguous Class A office building constructed along the Route 128 “technology belt” in Massachusetts. Construction is expected to be complete in 2021.
