The property features a 4-Story masonry building with full basement, that was home to Restoration Resources. The .24-acre parcel was previously approved for a 49,500 square-feet mixed-use facility with 33 residential units approx 6,500 square-feet of retail and commercial space, 25 underground parking spaces, and one off-street loading bay.
