Waterside Place Phase 1B Tops Off
The 23-story tower at 501 Congress Street next to the MBTA Silver Line station has topped off. Waterside Place Phase 1B will include 307 apartments along with 3,500 square feet of retail space. Resident amenities will include a resort style pool, fitness center, pet spa, and an outdoor lounge. Construction is set to be complete in 2020.
