Watertown Life Science Development Sold for $46 Million
Westbrook Partners has sold an approved 4-story Watertown development to San Diego-based Phase 3 Real Estate Partners for $46,152,500 in a transaction brokered by CBRE/New England. 85 Walnut Street in Watertown, approved in July of 2020, will feature 213,500 square-foot life science and R&D space.
