Watertown Mall Sold in $130 Million Transaction
Rosen Associates Management Corp sold 550 Arsenal Street - the site of the former Watertown Mall - to Alexandria Real Estate Equities for $130,000,000. Built in 1975, the Watertown Mall features 264,549 SF of retail space located on Arsenal Street. The site features 18 acres adjacent to another ARE project the former Athenahealth complex.
