WC Smith Celebrates Grand Opening of 250 M
WC Smith has celebrated the grand opening of 250 M Street the new construction, nearly 200,000 square foot Class A office project. The building will be home to the District Department of Transportation features a custom paint-on-canvas art installation in DDOT’s lunchroom, designed and created by a local DC artist along with reclaimed wood provided by DDOT’s Urban Forestry division used to make work tables in collaboration spaces throughout the building.
