Wells Fargo Leases Nearly 70K SF At 1700 K St
Wells Fargo has signed a lease for 69,000 square feet at 1700 K Street NW. The nearly 390,000 square foot office building is currently undergoing significant enhancements to tenant amenities including the expansion and full renovation of the fitness center, and creation of a secured tenant bike storage room. The project will also add a 2,000 square foot amenity lounge and conference center on the rooftop. Completion of the amenity upgrades is anticipated by mid-2020.
