Welltower & Kisco Senior Living Acquire Gaithersburg Site for $10.5M
A JV of Kisco Senior & Welltower has acquired the property at 10100 Washingtonian Boulevard for $10,454,313. The development team recently started construction on The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center which will feature 302 units of senior living on the site. Along with a mix of 1 & 2 bedroom units, the new building will also include multiple dining options, a pool, fitness center, and art gallery.
