The Parkway Apartments Update 03/20/19

West Roxbury Development Approved

The Parkway Apartments in West Roxbury have been approved.

The residential community is set to include 258 apartments in two detached, four-story, wood-frame buildings. The project would also include three hundred eighty-seven (387) parking spaces, indoor pool, resident clubhouse, and ample open space.  

The unit mix will include one and two-bedroom apartments, including 34 designated as affordable. The 4.6-acre site, located at the gateway to West Roxbury is currently a vacant lot.
