Westchester Marriott Trades Hands For $40 Million
The Westchester Marriott, located in Tarrytown, NY, has new owners. HEI Hotels and Taconic Capital Advisors have purchased the property for 40 million dollars. The hotel has 440 hotel rooms and conference and event space. There is also some commercial space included in the property. It will continue to operate under management by HEI Hotel.
HEI and Taconic also plan a $30 million renovation in all areas of the hotel.
