Westlight Apartments Sold for $79M
CBRE Investment Management & MEAG, a Munich RE company, have acquired the apartments & retail space within the Westlight development for a combined $79.2M. The transaction includes 93 rental units and 7,200 square feet of fully leased ground-floor retail within the 10-story Westlight project which was completed in 2017. The property also features 71 condos and the West End Library branch.
