On Wednesday, 2/9, The EYA team celebrated a successful topping out of the 7-story, mixed-use apartment building at Westside at Shady Grove. This building will include 268 amenity-rich apartments above 21,000 square feet of street-level retail and 7,400 square feet of office space.
