WeWork Backs Out of Lease at 830 Brickell

After initially leasing 10 floors in 2019, WeWork has canceled its plans to move into 830 Brickell upon completion. Developers OKO Group and Cain International opted to buy out the company's lease as asking rent's reach $125 per square foot.

830 Brickell, rising 55 stories and 724 feet, will be the tallest office tower in Brickell and the second tallest in Miami. The tower will include 640,000 square feet of leasable office space and 8 stories of parking.
