Wheelock Street Acquires Central MA Distribution Facility for $33M
CEGM Northborough, a subsidiary of Chicago-based Capri EGM, sold 11 Forbes Road in Northborough to WCV - 11 Forbes, LLC, an affiliate of Wheelock Street Capital, for $33,000,000.
An industrial lab facility located off I-290 in Northborough between I-495 and Worcester, 11 Forbes is tenanted by Sanofi Genzyme as a distribution facility. The property features 20 loading bays.
