White Plains Apartment Project Set to Commence
An 8-story residential project is ready to get underway at 51 South Broadway in White Plains, New York. Developer, , has spent nearly 2-years on all the legwork, which included pulling together a project team, getting the building designed and approved, and acquiring the project site. The result? The existing retail structure may now be demolished, and construction can finally begin!
Designed by Lessard Design, the new development will contain rental apartments, available in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, residential lounge, co-working area, pet spa, roof terrace, and a pool.
Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage and a bicycle storage area. While the exact square footages and building measurements are unknown at this time, construction is expected to cost approximately $48 million.
