Whittier Choice Redevelopment Secures $10.4M in Financing from Mass Housing
Whittier 1A-4 Preservation Associates Limited Partnership - the entity managing Whittier Choice - secured a mortgage for $10,481,374 from the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency.
The loan - granted for 100 Cabot Street, 154 Ruggles Street, and 11 Whittier Street - is part of the larger multi-phased redevelopment of the existing Whittier Choice public housing development located in Roxbury. The redevelopment will create a total of approximately 387 residential units, bringing a net increase of approximately 187 residential units to Whittier Choice.
