Williamsburg Luxury Building Traded for $21.35M
A 6-story mixed-use building, located at 625 Driggs Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, has just been sold for $21.35 million. It was acquired by GDC Properties from the previous owner, Mavik Capital, in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.
Recently constructed in 2020, the building contains luxury rental apartments, as well as square feet of retail space, located on the ground-floor.
The building also boasts one of the only automated parking garages in a residential building within NYC. It offers enough room for vehicles.
