Window Curtainwall Begins on 10 Prospect in Somerville
Window installation has begun on 10 Prospect Street in Somerville as envelope enclosure begins on the lab project. Part of the USQ area development, 10 Prospect calls for 194,000 SF of Class-A lab/life science floorspace off the MBTA Green Line extension. USQ calls for 2.4 million square feet of development across 15.7-acres.
