Window & Facade Install Nearly Complete for Kendall East
Window & facade install are nearly complete along First Street in East Cambridge for the Kendall East Project. The 2 building development will include 136 residential units, 14,800 square feet of retail, and a two-level underground garage with 142 parking and 159 bicycle spaces. An expansive half-acre courtyard will join the parcels, providing green space and stadium seating for the neighborhood. Construction is expected to be completed later this year.
