Window Install Begins for Office Buildings at Phase 2 of The Wharf
Window install has started for the two office buildings on Parcels 6 & 7, part of Phase 2 of The Wharf. This phase of the massive waterfront project will include 3 office buildings in total featuring 625,000 square feet of space, with Williams & Connolly leasing 300,000 square feet. Along with the office space, the project will include over 300 residential units, a mix of apartments and condos, 131 hotel rooms, and 1,000 parking spaces. Construction is expected to last through 2022.
