Winn Companies Secures $160M for Castle Square Improvements
Winn Development has secured a loan of $160,000,000 from the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency to fund improvements to the Castle Square complex, one of the largest affordable housing properties in Boston. The money, provided through Housing and Urban Development (HUD), will fund repairs and improvements throughout the complex.
Castle Square Apartments consist of 500 affordable apartments across 568,000 SF of space and 25 buildings.
